EXPLANATION OF THE MEETINGS
CONTROLEES OF PRACTICE OF
TIR
The decree and the decree of December 16, 1998
instituted for
titular people of an authorization of detention of
weapon with title
sportsman obligation to have a notebook of shooting
This notebook which you can get near your club
at the cost of 30 francs (that is to say 4,57 euros)
is composed of two
parts:
1. The
certificate of control of knowledge.
Essential for very new bachelor, it passed within the
club under the control of the President
of association or one
nobody indicated by him (preferably among the
referees, patented State or federal,
stimulating, initiating, etc).
The handbook of initiation of the sporting gunner
provides the whole of the answers to
the questions put to the new bachelors within the framework
Multiple-choice
questionnaire (Q.C.M.). To obtain to this certificate the candidate must answer the questions
correctly
eliminating heats and to obtain a minimal score of
12/20.
The gunners already laid off for the season 1997/1998
obtain this certificate by equivalence,
but we would not know too them
to advise to undergo this small test which will
refresh their knowledge on the
technique and the requirements safety as well to the stand
on their premises.
Within sight of the results, the President of the club
or his representative preserves the
Q.C.M. filled, supplements page 2 of the
notebook of shooting,
validate the certificate of control of knowledge while
carrying there the date of success of
the test or obtaining per equivalence and sign
it
notebook after having ensured itself that this one
comprises the photography of the gunner
and its signature. It plugs then
the notebook and the photograph
with the seal of the club.
2. Controlled
meetings of practice of the shooting.
One is reminded that any gunner having a weapon
subjected to authorization of detention
must be licensee of the year in
run, authorization of corresponding detention and
notebook of shooting.
2.1. To take
part in a controlled meeting of practice of the shooting, the gunner must be in possession of its licence and
notebook of shooting.
2.2. It must,
during the year, to take part in at least 3 controlled meetings of practice of the shooting, spaced
at least 2 months.
2.3. When the
bachelor is titular authorizations of detention for weapons classified in ßt and 4th category, the shooting is
practised with a weapon of the L era category. The weapon used at the time of the meeting shows the same
characteristics as
held weapons.
2.4. The
meeting of shooting will be carried out in a declared stand (decree of the 3/09/93), under the control
of the President of the club or of one
nobody indicated by him (preferably among the referees,
patented of State or federal,
stimulating, initiating, etc). The list
of
people entitled to validate the meetings of shooting
will be made available of the gunners
by way of posting in the stand.
2.5. Methods
of shooting
Shooting on targets paper, target metal; or plates:
a shooting of 40 blows minimum
will be carried out on the corresponding targets
under the control of the competent person.
Once the shooting carried out, the person in charge
for control validates the notebook of
shooting by affixing there its name, its
signature, the date, the seal
club and fills the daily register. This register, indicating the name, first name and residence of any person
taking part in one
controlled meeting of practice of the shooting,
remains permanently on the stand and
must be able to be presented at any requisition of
proper authorities.
2.6. Any
participation in a championship or an official competition organized under the control of F.F.Tir can
give place to
validation of the notebook of shooting, subject
meeting the conditions defined in
paragraph 2.3.
