SAFETY
REQUIREMENTS
For beginning a drive, it is
necessary to know perfectly the safety
requirements which
govern our sport, which is a pledge
of safety for us and our entourage and
makes that us
will be never the " cow-boys
" for whom some try to make us pass.
1.LA SAFETY
At the time of a drive, the
applicable rules in match must
imperatively be complied with, that is to say,
IN THE STAND:
To always keep its weapon in the
holster during displacements in the
stand
To handle the weapon only in the
zones of safety envisaged for this
purpose
Never not to handle at the same time
or at the same place the weapon and
ammunition
To take this practice is a pledge of
safety for oneself and the others.
BEFORE THE TIR:
Imperatively to await the commands
of the referee before handling his
weapon;
the commands are:
LOAD AND MAKE READY [ charge your
weapon and hold ready ]: to leave its weapon
holster, to engage a charger, to arm
the weapon always pointed in direction
with the targets, then there
to give to the holster.
ARE YOU READY [ be you ready ]: the gunner makes a sign of the head to mean that it is
loan or says it to the referee
STANDBY [ prepare you to start ]:le
gunner is ready to begin the sequence
of
shooting
IBP: It is the signal of the beginning of the shooting.
DURING THE TIR:
The gunner must always take care to
respect the angle of safety of 180°
compared to the axis of
progression.
During handling of the weapon
(change of charger, incident, taken of
an object...) or
during long displacements the gunner
must imperatively leave the finger the
trigger guard.
Nobody is safe from an AD.
AT THE END OF THE TIR:
The gunner must imperatively await
the commands of the referee, the weapon
pointed in
direction of the targets, before
starting any handling; the
commands are:
IF YOU ARE FINISHED, UNLOAD AND SHOW
CLEAR [ if you finished, withdraw
your charger, eject the cartridge
which is in the gun and present the
open weapon and
vacuum with the referee by pointing
the gun in direction of the targets
]: the gunner does all that.
THE GUN IS CLEAR [ the weapon is
empty ]: the referee aloud says to the entourage that it has
noted that the weapon was quite
empty, therefore without danger.
HAMMER DOWN [ fold back the dog
]: the gunner maintains its weapon
in direction of
targets, firm its cylinder head and
strikes its empty weapon.
HOLSTER [ case ]: the gunner gives its weapon to the
case. This stage it should not move about it any more
until a new command of referee. It is empty and the dog is folded back:
THUS
IT IS WITHOUT DANGER.
CATCH OF THE POINTS AND STOPPING OF
THE TARGETS:
It is the referee who announces the
beginning of the scoring and of the
patchage by the command
according to:
YOU MAY SCORE AND PATCH [ you can go
to raise the points and to stop them
targets ]
CLEAR THE ARRANGES [ evacuate the
launching pad ]: when the assistants finished taking them
points and of stopping the holes,
the referee their request to leave the
launching pad.
THE ARRANGES IS CLEAR [ the
launching pad is empty ]: After
having ensured itself of it, the
referee announces
that the step is uninhabited, and
thus that in new competitor will be
able to take seat.
NEXT SHOOTER ONE THE ARRANGES [ new
gunner on the step ]: The following gunner takes
place on the launching pad, the
weapon empties with the holster.
